A Destined Journey [R]

For as long as she could remember, Eri had always been different from the human from Earth. She never quite fit in amongst them. Never included in anything, never had any friends. That wasn't because she didn't try either. Eri didn't know why, but nobody liked her. Eri was a smart girl and always got top marks in school, yet she was very clumsy and often tripped over nothing. Eri grew up alone and without anybody she really knew. Even her parents were distant from her. But Eri still grew up as an outspoken, smart, clumsy, hardworking girl.
On Eri's 14th birthday, she fell into a small, shallow river when taking a walk away from the city and to the fields which were beside the city. The water had churned and for some reason, the shallow water sucked her up whole. Disappearing from the face of the Earth, Eri was never heard of again. Nobody noticed, though. Not even family.
But, Eri was not killed. She was plunged into a land known as Morgwais. Unlike Earth, which was humans and only humans, Morgwais was demons, and.... mythical creatures? Never in her life had Eri seen things like this. Eri had appeared in a forest, in a lake. When she had walked out, she was met by a young boy who called himself Kai. He explained to her where she was, what it was and who she really was. Eri learnt that she was really called Ritsuka Shihori and she was the demon princess. She was the demon king's only daughter and because she was to become the queen of Morgwais, he sent her to Earth so she wasn't killed. Kai was supposed to go with her, but somebody changed his course to a different country on Earth. Kai was forced to go back to Morgwais and let Eri live her life.
On her 13th birthday, Eri was forced back to Morgwais, because at the age of 13 is when she would start to find her powers. It is also close to the age to find a suitor for her, which she would have to go searching for when she turned 15. Though Eri...no, Ritsuka was happy to finally meet her father, she was unable to meet her mother whom had been murdered a few years after Ritsuka was born.
After about 2 weeks, Ritsuka settled into her real world and her duties as a princess. After 2 years of training to fight and controlling her powers, Ritsuka forgot about Earth and then was sent out on a journey to find to one she was destined to live with forever. Sent with Kai and a boy named Shinji whom both had to protect her and make sure she wasn't killed, Ritsuka set out on her journey to find her destined one.

The journey will be filled with adventure, love, heartbreak, blood, war and death. Who will join Ritsuka, Kai and Shinji in her journey, and who will be her destined one?

Personality : Kai is an enthusiastic, outgoing person who is always willing to please. He is somebody who is always dedicating to something, even if he can be a little... full on at times. History : Kai was raised to be little Ritsuka's bodyguard and protector. When he was told he was going to Earth to protect her, Kai could not wait. Then, his course was altered by somebody and he was sent somewhere else to Ritsuka. Outraged and unable to find the Princess, Kai went back to Morgwais to report what had happened to the king. Thankfully, he understood and no punishment was dished out. Training for 13 years, Kai waited for Ritsuka to come back to him. When she did, Kai pretty much refused to leave her side. Now, Kai is helping and protecting the Princess with his life.

History : Shinji, like Kai was grown up and trained to be Ritsuka's bodyguard and protector. But due to him being too young, never got the chance to go with her when she went to Earth.

History : Not much. Tak had been a Prince until he was 18, where he was crowned king. Since, Tak has been fighting for his kingdom. He met a woman named Nehiru and married her. Unlike the females of the royal family, the men don't have to marry. But he met Nehiru, married her and they had Ritsuka together.  The Princess was sent to Earth to stay safe. But, Nehiru was killed 5 years later, when Ritsuka would have been 5. When Ritsuka came back, Tak was very happy. He helped to train her to fight, to get her ready to go on her jounrey. When she turned 15, he sent her on her way and he shall wait for her to come back.
