OK, first things first: Harley asked me to start this, thus the title. So, I will lay down a couple of rules.

1. No drama.

2. No perfect charries

3. If you are mean in the topic, you get kicked out

4. Don't have bad things happen to you charrie every five seconds. It gets annoying when all the others have to go rescue yours all the time.

5. Be realistic.

6. These characters can't talk.

7. No suicide.

8. Have fun, or Harley will get you. She trusts me to make this go well.

9. Deer only.

10. If all the female slots are filled, don't make another one!

11. You deer can have name, even if they can't talk.
