Dally and Dove: A new member

Dove: *rests her forehead under your chins and weeps*

Onyx: *mutters "IceFall" In his sleep and jerks awake, groaning with pain* Make it stop! He screams

Dove: *licks him* It's ok *hums again, and mourning doves start singing a sad tune nearby*

Dove: *Looks at the birds and back at you* They are mates for life. Did you know that? And they have to leave their children *looks at Onyx* He's leaving. Say goodbye.

Onyx: Daddy, Mommy *draws into a tight circle and nuzzles both mother and father, then hums a little and passes on*

Dove: *feels his tenseness leave* Oh, Dally *puts head down and sobs*

i put my head on her neck and cried as well

*lies next to Onyx, holding Vigil* We shall go to the cemetary tomorrow *sobs and lies head on Onyx's neck* You were a good boy" I mutter to myself.
