A silver shadow

~ Silver Mist~

A sudden rush of cold air. A flash

I tossed my gleaming head and galloped around the small field. My misty silver coat glittered beautifully in the sunlight. I reared and pranced around, my movements looking as if I danced. My name is Silver Mist and I came to these lands to join a herd, or maybe start one for myself. The only problem? I'm alone. I haven't seen a stallion since I ran away from my herd a year ago, but I don't care. I just continued to dance.

I watched the mare from the nearby forest. Staying hidden in the shadows....

Heart Breaker trotted in her black mane flowed behind her

~ Silver Mist ~

I reared, spinning around. I gallop around gracefully, tossing my mane.

You get your fill to eat, but always keep that hunger.

I watched the mare dance to the unheard song. Her movements were fluid-like and graceful. Impulsively my fangs slid out ever so slightly from my mouth. But i knew i would not, could not harm this mare...

I stopped and let out a sigh. My neck started beading with sweat, and the blood pulsed through my veins. I grinned and pranced around for a bit longer, then took a drink from a nearby creek. After I was done, I lifted my head gracefully and let out a low nicker. "Dance"

I could smell her blood. That pulsed through her veins. Tempting..

But i refused to let my wishes get the best of me. I wasn't an animal.

I emerged slowly from the shadows but stayed close to the trees. Still watching.

I took no note of that the stallion was near and looked around. I let out a sigh and then walked over to a small apple tree with many apples growing on it. I plucked one and started chewing on it slowly.

Has she seen me?

I smile in spite of myself and let out a very soft nicker escapes my lips as i do so.

Did she hear me?

Heart breaker turned to the nicker her ears flicking

~ Silver Mist ~

My head shoots up at the nickers. I jump. I hadn't seen any of the horses.

Heart Breaker looks at the horse

~ Silver Mist ~

I glance at the mare and then the stallion. I see his fangs and my heart starts beating faster. I glanced at my back leg where two scars were left. I already had a bad experience with that type.

I look at the mares. They've spotted me. I bow my head politely and try to cover my fangs the best i can.

~Silver Mist~
I twitch my ears and stared, unsure if I should trust him or not.

Look out babe, there's a vamp coming your way,

The vamp is too fast,

I watch her, dipping my head again. I looked at the other mare then and flicked my tail returning my gaze back to the other one. The one who had been dancing.

I let out a sigh and flicked my tail. Maybe he was nice...should I take the chance?

You could bake cookies on his skin,

I watched her for a while before taking one step back then i stopped myself. I don't know why i just did.

I could feel my fangs becoming a little more exposed but i still tried to hide it.

~Silver Mist~
I stared at the stallion and started to realize, the longer I stared, the longer he appealed to me. I sucked in a breath and lowered my head so that my lips brushed against the damp grass, tickling my muzzle. I then walked a few steps towards him.

Ouch, you took the risk,
Are you sure that was right?
Guess it's too late now,
Cause he's already got you.

[I think I'm tired of poems, cause they keep getting crappier and crappier xD]

I blink and watch her my fangs are exposed more than ever and i cant hide them any longer. She comes toward me and i suck in a breath, drinking in her scent, it was sweet and delicous..

"Aren't you scared?" he whispered quietly..

I shook my long silver mane and lifted my head slightly. My heart was beating vast and the blood raced through my veins. I knew it was dangerous, but I needed him more and more. "Only if you are." I gulped slightly.

Oooops I did it again!

I walked towards her. Mylegs moving themselves as if on their own. I was right beside her in a flash, my face inches from hers. "Have i met you before?"

I twitch my ears nervously, my breath shallow. "I...I don't think...yet I feel that we have."

"As do i.." I look around and i look back at the mare "What is your name?" he asks and moves back a step.

I keep my gaze on the stallion. "Silver Mist" I whispered quietly.
