I wake up and stretch myself. Today, I was gonna gather with some of my male friends so we could start a pack. I wanted to be an alphaness my whole life. I was old enough so this was my chance. I ran outside and sat down to wait for them. "Please come...." She said to herself. Some, she found had crushes on her...Kari was her best friend but... she still didn't know...

I woke up and got a drink of water and sat there for a sec and ran around for a walk then ran into Foxy and looked at her scared like I've never talked to her before we were friends but I knew it would get any farther than that.I rolled over and looked at everyone they looked weard because I was up side down I rolled back and said to myself "that's better"I said then laughed I was more of a type that liked to make people laugh so I was like a class clown with out the class.

Kari ~ I had been awake for a few hours now, sitting outside. There was a low lying mist and a cold snap in the air. A gentle breeze ruffled my fur. I heard some one moving and then a shadow go past me.. I turned my head so my good eye could see who it was..seeing it was Foxy, I smiled " Good morning...." I said... I usualy woke at least 3 hours before the others, so I had been awake for a while already...

I prowled the forests morning,noon and night looking for a nice meal. Then one day a brilliant thought occurred to me.*If I join a pack perhaps it would be easier to catch game.*Kihyah had been living off of rabbits and such lately,the normal diet for a lone wolf.If he joined or started a pack then they would be able to take down large such as deer and elk,perhaps even moose even though that would be a challenge.
The scent of a young Fae entered his nasal passages.He recognized that scent.It was his old buddy Foxy..perhaps he would go greet her.He traveled swiftly through the forest,barely making a sound.Soon she was before him.."Hello Foxy."His tip of his tail wagged slightly..

I smile at my best friend, Kari and put my paw on her back. "Hello, Kari. Today's the big day!" I say. I was all excited and stuff. I couldn't wait any longer. I've been waiting ever since.

I smiled as she bumped my nose...and stood up walking down to the creek. I lapped up the water and sat down at the side of the water, splashing at the fish that swam beneath the surface....I watched her walk over to the male wolf....

I licked his nose with a smile and jumped off of him. I sat down and waited, for one of them to show me, they truly loved me.
A shiver went down my back as I thought about this. Did an of them like me anymore? Did I wait to long? Maybe not...

I looked at the other male as he growled at me "My name is Mars-on-angel but mars for short"for all he didn't know me so I guess I should say my whole name and looked at Foxy pounce on the other male it looked funny so I sat there and watched then looked blank into space like there was something there then I headr something then it popped out of the bushes it was a hunter he had a gun and started shooting I growled at him and pounced on him and bit his leg he sat there and tried to shoot Foxy I ran infront of her and took the shot so I sat there bleeding in pain but to save a friend.

I looked down as he got shot and sat there getting up and screaming, "Mars!" I got up and ran over to the hunter knocking him down and biting into his throat. As soon as I killed him blood was on my maw. I ran over to Mars which I just met when I was 1 and nuzzled him. "Mars...." I looked around. I gave a small lick on his bleeding wounds and looked around. "Your gonna need to rest...." I said carrying over on my back to my cave and setting him down.
I went over to Kihyah and nuzzled him. "Please help..." I whine and whimper.

I nodded with a carried out sigh.Though I was quick to begin my mission"Water won't help you if you can barely breathe,it will drown you."His voice was gruff,yet had a hint of caring in it.Suddenly Kihyah shoved into Mars,bringing his body upward until he was sitting up.He propped him up against the wall."Now all the weight will not be on your chest so you will be able to breath easier."Within moments he emerged from the cave."I believe he will be okay.He just needs to rest,meaning no one disturbs him.Only twice a day to bring him water or food.."Kihyah growled.
He padded over to the dead man and took his hand between his maw.Before long the man was gone,his body lie in the forest.Even though it was a free meal it would be best not to eat man.Within minutes Kihyah was back.He hadn't helped Mars because he liked him,he did it for Foxy,since the others were clueless about how to help the injured.

Kari ~ I had slipped into a light sleep, everything had happened so fast that when I woke up it was all over...I looked at Mars, seeing that he had been shot. I stood up and ran over... " is there anything I can do... " I asked them slightly panicked and felt bad that I had slept through the whole thing.
