Annalisa sat on her perch, swinging her legs and twirling her hair in her fingers. She was beginning to think she'd never find somebody. She sighed and looked down at her feet, then back at the full moon that hung in the sky. Annalisa began to sing a soft melody, calling all other male vampires in the area, although she doubted there were any. She swung her legs some more, just waiting for a cmopanion to come along...

Derek
Hearing a female vampire's cry, he turned into the direction it came from.
Silently running to see who it was, Derek spotted a lonely female. She was beautiful,
but not like any other vampiress he had ever seen.
Stepping into the darkness, he smiled. Flashing his white fangs and his red eyes burning into the dark.
I didn't have to say anything, since I knew she would see me.

I looked over to see a well-trimmed and seemingly well-disciplined male. For a moment I wasn't sure if he was human or if he was a vampire, until he flashed a quick smile and I got a glimpse of gleaming white fangs. Inside my mouth, my tongue ran over my own pointed fangs, and I looked at him, a hint of interest in my eyes and I looked at him. "Hello, there," I said, my voice smooth and suave.

Derek was crept closer. He nodded respectivley towards the female.
"Hello."
The male vampire was rather hungry, and smelt blood somewhere, but held in his urges. He didn't want to be rude towards the female.
"I'm Derek. I, heard, your call."
Derek winked flirtingly. He seemed attracted to her, but didn't show it.

I nodded and stated, "I'm Annalisa." I gave him a sweet smile, revealing the pointed white fangs. My cheeks flushed slightly under my well-tanned skin -- which was unusual for vampires -- and it was barely seeable. I watched him wink and refrained from rolling my eyes at him. "Uhh, yes. I... I was looking for the company of another vampire." I didn't bother mentioning I was looking for a lover, hoping he would get the hint on his own.

I smiled gently and realized what was on his mind. "There won't be werewolves around here," I nearly hissed it. "This is marked with the signs of vampires." I grumbled and looked at him, nodding at his request. "Sure, go ahead and sit." Suddenly curious, I asked, "What intruiged you to come?"

part of his gift, hiding himself. The other part, he never knew of, Derek had never tried it. He sat down next to Annalisa.
"As I told you, your call."
The vampire smelled the air, smelling the scent of humans again. Derek retained himself, he was not eating human tonight.
Derek smiled, flashing his fangs again, but letting his red eyes fade back to his humanly blue. That was
part of his gift, hiding himself. The other part, he never knew of, Derek had never tried it. He sat down next to Annalisa.

I looked at him and shook my head, "No, that's not what I meant. I meant, you didn't have to come. Usually I'm rejected by most males. I just wondered... what made you decide that you would come?" I dropped my gaze to my feet momentarily, the silky blue dress covering them, then looked back up to him.

I nodded my head, showing I understood what he meant. It was true, not many vampires were around here. I smiled slightly and wondered what he was really here for. Was he here for the same reason I was? To find a lover? Or did hs sincerely just want the company of another vampire, and would've suited for either male or female? I let the questions roll over in my head for a few more minutes before dropping it and saying lowly, "Ahh. I see."

he jumped down from their perch and ran towards the smell, to find a human who had pricked his finger. derek his his fangs and approached the mortal.
"Hello?"
The woman didn't answer but ran away, derek caught up to her in a second and stopped her, picking her up, and bringing her back to where Annalisa was.
