What do you use to edit your pictures?

Hey guys I was wondering how you edit your pictures. I use Gimp 2 but unfortunately I am not allowed to host those images for some odd reason. The programming does not allow Gimp edited pictures to be posted anywhere. I have seen some people's bios edited and all professional looking and I was wondering what you guys use, if it's free, and where would I get it. I am hoping to make better quality bios and I really need your help.

Thanks I'll take a look. Is it free and just needs to be downloaded or is there a fee?

They both look great, any thoughts on which I should use? They both don't require download or registration. Picnik looks more organized and smoother running, but Tinypic is more compact and quick to use. Any preferences?

Wow that's really pretty. I'm messing around with Picnik and so far I really like it. The only thing is all the Premium offers, wish I could toggle them off so that I didn't keep using effects that I liked and then realizing their Premium. >.< But other than that I think that's what I'll use. Thanks for helping me you guys!
