Midnight's Embrace (Mature)

Preston growled and looked down at the human girl. He licked his lips and leaned down and sucked her blood hearing her scream silently in pain, hearing her life slowly ebb away. Lifting his head he wipped his mouth with the back of his hand.

I wasn't always mean to others but people deserved it when they made me mad or I just disliked something they did to me. I smirked as I heard him and just sat on the steps watching him silently,"Feel better?" i asked not caring if he answered or not

Preston heard her question and pulled at the chains that digged his wrist, looking up at her. "Not til I get outta this hellhole." he growled pulling again.

I began to laugh,"I can always kill you if you wish it." I said nodding as I meant it. I played with my long black hair as I watched the female struggle to get up and smirked when she didn't see me and I pulled her down onto my lap and sucked the rest of the blood from her enjoying it quite much. I dropped her lifeless body to the ground as I stood

Preston looked at her and sighed untensing and just giving up. She'd probably never let him go. He'd be here forever. In chains forever. Nessie would be home, playing with Rosalie, and telling the sad news while he'd be here forever.

"If only I could trust you I'd let the chains off." I said nodding

Preston nodded quickly. "Y-you can trust me."

I began to laugh,"Sure." I said dragging the body up the stairs and got rid of it as I shut the door. I walked back into the house and sat on the steps looking to his face.

(Is he lying about her being able to trust him?)

(Mm-mm. He's gonna make her fall for him then, when they are apart he's gonna leave but then come back.)

Preston strained against the chains, grunting. "No, no I'm serious, I'm serious." he repeated the words twice only because he was and hoped she believed him.

(So he'll come back to her?)
I knew he'd leave when we were apart but I'd just have to accept that he didn't like me and I so to speak was better off alone. I let the chains fall to the ground and went up stairs listening to his every move more then ready to be alone again. I soon made some dinner for myself because vampires couldn't eat solid food any longer as they drank blood

(No he won't leave her yet.)

Preston looked at his raw wrist and walked upstiars, sitting up beside her on the chair. He ruffled his hair back in place and gave a charming smile at her. "Thank you." he said.

I just nodded,"Yup." I said as I picked at my food. I pushed it around
(Why does he come back to her after he leave?)

(He luvs her.)

Preston looked at her and grabbed her wrist. "Hey, what's wrong?" he whispered trying to meet her gaze.

I looked to him,"Nothing." I said frowning but soon just forgetting about my meal and threw it away not hungry any more

Preston walked up to her and put his arms around her waist. "Somethings eatin ya." he whispered.

I removed his arms,"No." I said simply

Preston sat down. "Fine." he mumbled.

"Nothing that you need to worry about." I said as I hugged him cautiously

Preston smiled and hugged her back.

"What's up?" I asked looking down at him

Preston looked at her. "You just pretty." he gave a cheeky grin.

"I bet I am." I said knowing that I was since I always had frightening red eyes that I couldn't change even in human form so people feared me. They stayed out of my way and I'd do that same for them

I snarled at him,"Don't read my mind." I said angry as I got up and leaving the room
