The Courier:
Name: Neilach Hansvel
Age: 16
Physique: Skinny, tall, thin arms and muscular legs. Flowing white hair and a burn scar from bicep-shoulder on left arm.
Occupation: Courier.
Description: An often paranoid, doubtful youth with a powerful sixth sense and keen powers of deduction. Orphaned after birth and raised in a city. Got a job as a courier just to get the chance to leave. Loves to run, to eat, to sleep and to think. Hates being surprised, and doesn't like security-like figures(e.g. guards, knights, soldiers, ect.)

The Guard:
Name: Demetri Larisch
Age: 21
Physique: Burly, scar-riddled, and surprisingly light footed for his size. Fairly balanced muscle-tone across body, broad shoulders and a wide chin. Dark brown, short-cut hair and a slight 'cavity' on his skull, near his neck.
Occupation: Moirith town guard/Personal escort.
Description: A fairly tall, burly man with a love for any weapon he can get his hands on. He is not very bright academically, but he is a genius at what he is paid to do: Fight and Protect. He hates nothing more than lacking mobility, so he never wears heavy armor like the rest of the gate-guards, but he has no problems with a good ol' tower shield. Loves to eat, fight, shoot arrows, sharpen iron weapons, smith(occasionally) and talk. Hates bandits, harlots, spiders, darkness, 'magic,' mercenaries, drunks, waitresses, jerks, smart-asses, 'brutes,' dogs, cats... he hates a lot of stuff.

Personality: Amalina isn't an easy person to fool. She hates being told what to do, but often allows people to tell her what to do for the money - like jobs that makes her a hired assassin. She never refers to herself as an assassin, though. She just refers to it as a garbage disposal unit. Getting rid of other people's garbage so she can make a living. She has a realistic outlook on life and doesn't tend to lean towards optimism...ever. She can't stand overly perky people and often insults people like that. She also insults people who are heavy drinkers and smokers. "Drinking themselves into their own graves," she always says, or "Filling their lungs with death Herself." She rarely allows herself to be seen in public (kind of like most assassins, one would assume) but on very rare occasions she goes out in an extravagant fashion to get the attention of an intended target. Usually after she does a mission like that, she takes her money and hightails it out of whatever place she'd been in. She isn't easily swayed and can't easily sway, but that suits her just fine. You don't need to persuade people to kill them. However, she does have a softer side. It rarely comes out, but often when she has time to herself she goes and sits by waterfalls or large lakes and contemplates many things. That is one of the only times she's actually truly peaceful.
History: She was born into a very nice family, so where her upbringing went wrong nobody really knows. She was raised with two younger sisters and three older brothers. She was as close to the middle child as she possibly could be. Her father, she only learned later, also had worked as a paid assassin, which eventually lead to his demise...along with the demise of her mother, both sisters, and two of her brothers in a fire that had been "randomly" set to their house when she was ten. Seven years later, she's become a highly feared assassin that hasn't been known to fail...or so they say. But there's a first time for everything, right?
