Jinx nala and ryder join the herd.

~*~ Jinx ~*~
I canter swiftly into the meadow and slid to a halt rearing and a shrill call echoed as i called for the lead stallion.
within moments his largy gypsy vanner frame came into view.
"Anakin, its good to see you" i whickered in greeting

~*~ Anakin ~*~
I hear my name and canter towards the fading echo, there stood Jinx and Nala along with a stallion ive not seen.
at her greeting i know that all is well with the stallions presence.
"Jinx my dear its good to see you, and Nala how you have grown." i said nuzzling the mare
I look at the stallion, question in my eyes

~*~ Jinx ~*~
I see Nala bouncing at him and shimmy closer to Ryder, when Anakins eye found my own then looked at Ryder i gently spoke up after sending Nala to play
"Ryder, this is Anakin, he was the one who asked me to take care of the much younger Nala. My own foal had been still born and Nala filled the void so with out hesitation i took over caring for her. Anakin has become so special to us that with saving Nala from a dark stallions mercy and to bringing her to me i will forever be in his debt." i took a breath
"Anakin this is Ryder, he has become very important to me and Nala and i love him. We come here to you now seeking permission to live within you lands." i blurted the last out, without looking at Ryder

~*~ Anakin ~*~
She was asking for a place to live with her family i could not say no she and Nala meant the world to me at one stage my having loved Jinx the whole time ive known her, i smiled sadly
"Yes you may live within the meadow, go now and find a place where Nala and you both will be happy, Go with my love and protection."

I nodded and turned with out even saying my goodbyes.

~*~ Jinx ~*~
i nodded as he turned and fled my thoughts running ahead without stopping i wondered always had i wondered what it was that had him acting different with me, with Nala he was carefree and happy with me there was a sudden sadness that i couldn't understand. I turned to Ryder and smiled gently
"Let's go find somewhere"

I entered Anikin's territorry rather hestantly. Alough it was against my instinct i followed Jinx into the new land.

Aria was usually the brave one, the not-shy one....but she had never been in a herd before. She gently walked towards the other horses. She looked around quietly and thought, "wow. This is a herd!" She then realized she had never felt like this before. Shy, quiet, nervous, and at the same time excited, happy, and joyful. She was exhilerated. She loved this beautiful meadow. She layed down.

heavenly gates the lead mare followed anakin up to the other horses

Aria stood up and looked around. She noticed heavenly gates walking with anakin, the lead stallion. "Hello heavenly gates. Aren't you the lead mare? I love your herd, and this meadow. It's really beautiful."

thank you she said in pride

"So," Aria said, looking around the meadow, "How many other horses are in this herd?"

ryder gallops up "have you seen jinx anywere?"

no why what happened said heavenly gates

oh ummm im just her stallion

*sigh*

oh but no i hvent seen her since last night

ok

I cantered through the woods searching for Nala, the usually quiet mare had wandered off i had been serching all night i slowed and took a breather and called again
"Nala!" with no luck i began to worry and i turned and gallopped back to the meadows safety
i saw Ryder
"Ryder" i said racing to him.
"I cant find Nala, she wandered off late in the night. I ve looked every where"
i began to panic.

~*Ryder*~
i call for nala and jinx

when heavenly gates heard of this she started searching

i search for nala desperatly with no luck

~*~ JINX ~*~
I rear and call upon anakin lord of the meadow to help find my nala

~*~ ANAKIN ~*~
I hear jinx calling and turn away from the far reaches of the meadow i had traveled most of the night and when i turned i saw that i had a follower.
"Nala what are you doing here? Jinx is worried sick"

~*~ NALA ~*~
i had seen anakin leaving in the inght and decided to follow him
"im sorry uncle Anakin, but i like spending time with you." My down fallen expression captured a soft look from him

~*~ ANAKIN ~*~
"Come lets take you back" I said nuzzling her gently
I reared and returned Jinxs worried call assuring her of nalas safety

"we better be careful the two evil stags are back and the the two evil sisters are giveing birth" said heavenly gates

~*~Jinx ~*~
I hear the call aand wait desperatly to see for myself that she was ok.

~*~ ANAKIN ~*~
late into the afternoon we reached the safety of the herd to see jinx waiting for us i nudged nala to go to her

~*~ NALA ~*~
anakins nudging me so i moved towards jinx and then started cantering to her when i reached her i nuzzled into her mane and began to sob

~*~Jinx ~*~
"Nala dont ever do that to me again, if you want to go with anakin tell me i was so worried"
I nibbled at her mane as she sobbed into my own

ryder
i galloped to nala and nuzzled her"i was worried sick are you okay?"

~*~Nala ~*~
I looked at ryder, my father, then at jinx, my mother, then around me... Uncle anakina and aunty heavenly gates and the new mare Aria.
I sobbed again and whimpered
"Im...Im...Im sorry" and buryied my face in dads mane

"It's fine Nala just be more careful."

~*~ Nala ~*~
"Yes daddy i promise"

after the excitement had died down the herd settled to graze

I grazed watching carefully over nala she seemed fine and i flicked my tail. a familiar scent floated unpon the air..i was in heat i snorted and looked around wondering what would now happen
