Personality~ Topaz likes trouble, and can drive her father nuts. She isn't princess or anything, but she often times threatens the kingdom by luring dangerous fish too near. Topaz is energetic and bubbly, as well as flirty and likes a good 'love game'. She has taken to teasing human boys, which makes her parents furious and threatens to get her hurt.
History~ Topaz's family is on the poorer side of town, but that doesn't stop her from anything. She grew up with home-made toys and brushes, as well as bothersome chores.
Appearance~ Topaz has a blue/teal colored tail. Along the sides, there are fins similar to a bettas. At the end of her tail, past the necessary cartilaginous fin, is a thin and fragile fins like the ones on the sides of her fins. Her top is a lighter color than her tail, and she has small blue topaz gems woven into her thick, wavy brown hair. Her eyes are the same color blue as her tail and top.
