Mia releases her sorrow

I land gracefully, tears dripping from my
eyes, I run to a large tree and sit under it, my eyes red from sobbing, her cries loud and clear, she doesn't care who hears her, she doen't care who is watching,

the only thing on her mind
is how she let down her family, how she couldn't protect them from the hunters, how she survived, but her mate, Driuen, who faught so figorously, died, and so did her pups, and her sisters and brothers, and her, the one who tried to stay away from the violence, survived.

Mikina: I land and look at you, then lay my head on my paws and sigh. "You too, huh?"

I nod

I sigh, then catch a familiar scent "Tundra?" I gasp, then run off following my baby's trail.

After shes gone I sigh and lay my head on my paws.

I close my eyes and cry loudly again
