Trouble at the falls

A mare named Zenyatta and her colt Nightwalker were walking through the rain forest when they came to a small stream. They thought nothing of it but as they continued walking the small stream became a large river. Nightwalker said " Ma can we stop for a drink? I'm kinda tired and thirsty." They walked up to the river and saw other horses and their foals playing and getting drinks. That got Nightwalker excited so he ran up to the other horses but while doing so he stumbled over a log and tumbled head over heels. Zenyatta galloped up and jumped over the log. But she saw Nightwalker was ok and was no longer alarmed. But...she should have payed more attention to Nightwalker because once they got drinks Zenyatta was turning around and she saw her father Street Cry. She galloped over to him leaving Nightwalker by the river. Well, Nightwalker stepped into the shallows and thought it was fine to be in the water until other horses started whining and telling him to get out pf the water. He took a small step but then lost his balance and was carried down the river by the current . Zenyatta paniced and went racing down the shore of the river but her father wouldn't let her jump in for he was too scared he would lose both his daughter and his grandson. But then Zenyatta had a stroke of luck. For a strong black stallion named Storm Striker leaped into the river and went swimming after Nightwalker! He told Zenyatta to run ahead and see how far they were from the falls. Zenyatta ran as fast as she could and soon enough the two were so far behind her she couldn't see them! Then she could here the falls but luckily she couldn't see it so that was a good sign. But then she could see the falls! She ran back to them and by the time she was back to them Storm Striker had managed to lift Nightwalker onto his back. Then Zenyatta said that they were not very close to the falls so he had plenty of time to wrestle the current and get to shore. The wretling didn't take long and finally at the point where they could barely see the falls they reached the shore safely. Zenyatta thanked Storm Striker and left with another travel partner. Storm Striker was gonna stay with them a while.
