~Belenus~
"The warrior family that lives in the little village." I looked at the little boy sleeping in my lap. Then, the male assasin came in with a blue egg. "Sir, his mother told me to give you this." I took it with two hands and handed it to Agrona. "Do you remember that room neside my quaters I told you not to enter? Put this in the crystal chest inside please, love."

Agrona frowned and did as he asked. She looked at the thing in her hands a moment before putting it in the chest. Belenus had stolen this child from a lowly villager. She found that rather vile.

(I don't even know what I did.)

(Just get along please. And he didn't steal the child, the mother gave Paladin to him.)

~Belenus~
"Thank you love." I got up with Paladin in my arms. "Isn't he just wonderful....." I looked straight in my fiance's eyes. "Just like you." I kissed her cheek and smiled again.

Agrona smiled and placed her hand on the child's head. She kept her thoughts inside for long enough. "Did you ever think about the mother?" She said quietly. One thing nobody knew about her was that she had had one son once, but he had been taken before her eyes when she had become an assassin. They had killed her previous husband as well. Not even Belenus knew of this, though.

Agrona shook her head, "I'm fine." She replied. She gave a fake smile. She still didn't trust Belenus, after what she had seen in the town. She rubbed her arm nervously and hurriedly left the throne room, up to her quarters.

~Belenus~
"Agrona...." I put the baby in his nursery and walked up to where Agrona went. I knocked on her door. "May I come in?" I frowned and too off my weapons, laying them on the ground. I slid off my armor plate and sat it down too. I slid them down the hall with a kick, with them landing at my door. I had just regular clothes so I wouldn't seem threatening. I didn't want her to seem I was going to punish her.

Agrona turned from her position at the window. "Come in," she said quietly, but loud enough for Belenus to hear. She then turned back to the window, a single tear rolling down her cheek as she remembered the times when she had had her own child.
