Stormsong the Lone Wolf (PG-13)

Tigerstar sighed. "No, you're not. I didn't mean it to come out as an insult, I was only joking." Tigerstar told her.

(Maybe Tigerstar could start saying things he doesn't mean, and Stormsong could run away, then Tigerstar goes looking for her, and all of the bullcrap. )

(Erm... What purpose would that serve?)

(Just to get some drama into the story. We haven't really had any real drama for some time.)

Stormsong whimpered and took off. Why would her own mate even joke about something like this?

"Stormsong!" He yowled. Tigerstar raced after her in the blizzard that had just started, his green eyes clouding with worry. Tigerstar panted with exhaustion after half an hour of running. "Stormsong!!!" He yolwed into the blizzard. "Please-" He was cut off by a familiar shape. His blood thirsty forcer for a father. He leaped on Stormsong and was about to force her! That dark brown fur, those haunting amber eyes. Tigerstar roared and leaped on his father, shoving him off of her. After about 10 minutes of fighting, Tigerstar snapped his fathers neck.

Stormsong was collpased on the ground. Crying. "Tigerstar?"

Tigerstar dashed over, and covered her with licks. "Im here, Stormsong." He whispered, tears forming in his eyes. "I'm sorry I joked like that. I'm sorry about everything."

(WTF?)

(Cause that's all I could think of. I could've said Ditto.)

"Who was he? Did he hurt you?" she asked.

"That was my father. He was both a murderer and a forcer. And no, I'm OK." Tigerstar replied, nuzzling her neck.

She licked his face and sobbed.

Tigerstar comforted Stormsong, his thick fur not even thick enough to keep him warm. "C'mon. Let's go home."

She stood and leaned against him. Her tail was tucked tightly between her legs.

About a month has passed and they were now safe at home. Stormsong was out hunting, and Tigerstar was scouting the area. Shira had given birth to two one pups. Two males. One was a creamy color with blue eyes. And the other was white with green eyes eyes. "You decide the names." Shira ordered Leo. He sighed and thought of two. "Austin and Luke." He said.

Stormsong padded in awhile later with a rabbit in her jaws. She knew that it wouldn't be enough and that she'd have to go out later for more. She dropped it on the ground and eyed the new pups.

Leo gulped. He knew that he wasn't always a favorite with Stormsong. Shira laid down to let her pups nurse.

She snorted and padded back out of the den to hunt more food.

"Yeah thanks for being here to help me through this!" Shira barked angrily, watching Luke. He was born smaller and thinner than Austin.

(Who is she talking to?)

Stormsong brought down a young doe and dragged her back to the den. She dropped it at the entrance. "This is for you," she said to Shire before talking the rabbit and padded out into the sunshine. She laid at the entrance and tore into it.

(Stormsong.)

She smiled faintly and gobbled down the elk with Leo. Loki was his usual self and sat next to his mother. "Sup, Mom."

Stormsong cocked her head at the strange word. "What?"

"Its a way of saying hi, or what's up." Loki replied, giving a chuckle.

"I guess your mother doesn't know how to spek anymore," she chuckled. "How are you Loki?"

"I'm cool. Things are going like the usual. Not much going on." Loki replied, shrugging his shoulders.
