Any Coffee?

~Starbuck~

I tossed my large and elegant head as I walked into the squishy meadow. It was just spring, and the river was going down to it's normal size. It had flooded over the season, and then frozen over winter. Just now did it start to thaw out. But all the grass was ruined. My herd had lived her for many years, and didn't have anywhere to go. We lived on what we had, and hoped it was enough.

Jado

I troted down to the river and sipped before looking up at Starbuck. I began getting playful. I pranced, shook my head, and reared on the edge of the cold river. A pine tree caught my eyes. A nice big icecicle was hanging from it. I walked over lipping it.

~Starbuck~
My eyes darted towards Jado. I couldn't help but chuckle.

Jado

I jumped back when the ice cicle fell. I snorted at it and put my nose to the ground looking grass.

~Rosalie~
I walked towards Starbuck while my silky mane and tail was blowing in the breeze. I watched Jado and the ice cicle. I giggled and took a drink of the icy cold water. As soon as I ttok a sip, I wanted to spit it out. I was freezing my whole mouth. I figured eating some grass would help, and thankfully it did.

Jado

I looked at Rosalie then at my brother/father, before shaking my head rearing as I stepped on the pointed ice cicle. My icy eyes watched as Rosaile ate grass. Smileing I began troting toward were I heard a group of stallions. I wanted to see who they were.

~Sierra~
I slowly walked in and saw Rosalie again. I let out a short whinny to her.
~Rosalie~
I heard Sierra and walked over towards her. I turned my attention to Jado.

Jado

I saw the stallions and smirked.

~Rosalie~
I walked over to Jado. "What are you doing?" I assked her.

~Starbuck~
My eyes kept a closeful watch on Jado. I nickered a friendly greeting to Sierra and Rosalie, but my eyes never left Jado.
I was going to let her get near them. But if anyone of them dared to try to touch her, or take her away, they'd have problems.
She was mine, and only mine.

~Rosalie~
I walked back over to Starbuck with my baby (what should i name him/her?).
~Sierra~
I snorted and walked over to Starbuck while keeping my eyes on Jado. I was worried Starbuck was going to do something he wished he hadn't.

[I dunno...do you think it should be a boy or a girl? ]

~Starbuck~
For a moment I let my gaze fall on Rosalie. I nuzzled her, then the baby.
But my eyes slipped back to Jado once more.

(hmmm... how about a boy?)
~Rosalie~
I gave Starbuck a confused look. Then I directed my attention to the baby.
~Sierra~
I watched Starbuck carefully while he was looking at Jado.

~Rosalie~
I nuzzled Starbuck back and looked at him looking at Jado. My head fell and I nuzzled my baby with a short sigh.
~Sierra~
I looked at Rosalie. "Are you okay?" I asked her knowing she wasn't.
~Rosalie~
"Yeah, I'm fine." I said while faking a smile.

~Starbuck~

I looked at Rosalie and saw her confused look. I shrugged it off and walked over to a bend in the river. It was starting to thaw, but was still cold enough that most was still frozen. I lowered my lips to the water and sipped at it, looking lightly content.

~Sierra~
I walked over beside Starbuck. "Are you serious?" I asked him with a frown on my face.

~Goldie
I watched the others with an almost bored gaze, exhaling loudly through my nostrils. Tossing my mane, I paw roughly at the ground, lowering my head to look around for something edible to eat.

~Vienna
I snorted softly as I watched Sierra, Rosalie, and Rosalie's foal, swishing my tail contendly. I looked once at Starbuck but tossed my head, swinging my head slightly to the side to study the soggy terrain.

~Rosalie~
I looked over at Vienna and Goldie. I walked to them with Noah (the colt).
~Sierra~
I looked back at the other horses for a second.

Jado

I watched the herd my head down walking away. I really shouldnt stay with my brother. I had to leave before my next heat. I nodded to myself.

~Rosalie~
I saw Jado try to walk away. I ran infront of her. "Where do you think you're going?" I asked with a frown.
~Noah~
(sleeping )

Jado

"Over there." I said smileing. Hiding the turth to well for her to see.

~Rosalie~
"Well don't go too far, you know how Starbuck is when he can't find one of us." I said while looking a glance back at him.

Jado

I got closer to the stallions and they looked up, smirking.

~Rosalie~
"Umm I don't think you should do that." I said trying to reason with her.

Jado

I got close to her ear. But that was hard she was the tallest horse and I was the shortest. "I was to tease them. Dont tell Starbuck though.'
