Siren or Human or both?

i swam under water looking at the bottom of the deep pool i could also breath underwater... my name was Sooleawa which meant silver in native american... i came to the surface and swam to the edge my arm crossed on the shore as i stayed in the water and sang.. my voice was enchanting .. no really i could use it to control creatures.. after a feew mintues a huge white griffen named Leo appeared and lay oposite me and i stroked his head gently as i sang happily other creatures being drawn to my voice as they stopped what they were doing...
i wore black shorts and a scruffy brown t-shirt.. my hair was medium length and a silver colour... around my neck i had a turquise stone and down my spin i had green-blue scales and gills behind my ears very well hidden and my eyes were a silver-blue colour

I ran to the water with a grin on my face I was running away from my brother I had casted a spell on my and know he's a donkey then I took his wand I might get grounded but I don't care he ran torward me and took his wand back and changed back to human and yelled at me I said I don't care and swam away then I said i'll be back before dinner he said ok with his you little brat face and took his bike and biked away I laughed as he biked away my face started to turn red I was laughing so hard I put my hair into a pony tail and swam to the middle of the water were most of the fish were then I went back to the surface for air and had heard some girl singing I got closer to the sound and seen her and this really big monster I was kinda freaked out but I was ok because if something happened I could use magic to fix it I took my wand from out my boot and said "From a noise so dark and werey let here from not above but from the bottom" she said then heard everything the girl was saying then she yelled "hi" to the girl thing or whatever she was.

Leo screeched when he heard the magic words and spread his wings...i got out and stroked him to calm him down and looked to Carly "hey" i said

"i'm Leo and this is Sooleawa... or Silver" sadi Leo after i calmed him down

"we live here" i said simply... i always lived near bodies of water this one being the most common one to find me at it was a lot like my home

"why?" i asked curiously as i turned to her keeping one hand on Leo's face

"now why would you do that?"asked Leo

"i'm sure your brother doesn't like it"I said

"how did you find this place anyway.. Leo locked it off from the rest of the place" i said

"hmmm, ok then" i said and Leo nuzzled me my scales shwoing through my shirt slightly

i began picking bits of things from Leo'sfur since he liked to be groomed.. me and Leo were really close despite being different creature he would also let me ride him if he had no choice that is

i nodded"i haven't been there for ages" i said i was actuallly born in an area near the beach "also i'm guessing your a wizard me and Leo heard you chant magic" i said

i nodded..."i was born near there" I said and turned and Leo rested his head on my shoulder happily..."also you can probably tell what Leo is correct? well i'm half Siren, which is why my hair is so funny" i said

when we got there i instantly walked towards the sea to begreeted by a load of voices from under the water
