Siren or Human or both?

i nodded and walked towards the water and let it cover my feet i walked in until i was waist high in water.."you coming?" i asked her and looked at her over my shoulder... Leo had masked himself as a horse from everyone else and lay on the beach happily.. he could do magic as well since he was a griffon and a lovely white one...
my scales began showing and the gills behind my ears began kicking into gear slowly as they prepared themselves to go underwater

"shall i give you a ride then?" i asked her.."leo can carry us both you just give us directions ok?" i said... and Leo looked up and nodded.. i went over and stroked him again...

i jumped on and helped her onto Leo's back.. once she was on i made sure Leo flew carefully and repeated the directions to him.."youowe me a song for this Silver" "i know, i know... when we're back home" i said as we soared through the sky smoothly he made no fault as he flew...

"how old are you?" i asked "we're nearing our destination" said Leo.. Leo's full name was actually Leonardo but he prefered to be called Leo...
"i turned 17 not long ago" i said

i laughed.."i could teach you to fly a griffon.. but you have to have a bond with them first and Leo and me already have one..." i said as we landed and i jumped down.. Leo swquacked and lay down so Carly didn't fall as she got off

"see you" "Silver you owe me a song still" "fine when we get home" i said and jumped back onto him and he took off... when we gotback i went back into the water quiet happily and spotted something and dived underwater.."hmm, this looks like a wand.. i wonder who's it is" i said and came back up and began singing my arms crossed on the earth as i remianedin the water singing to Leo as my thanks.. my voice was enchanting as was any sirens even though i was still half human i had siren blood so my singing would control creatures if i wanted to but i never did so i'd only ever ask and they'd be able to refuse...
i put the wand on the side and kept singing

i looked to the wand after i stoped singing and climbed out snuggleing up toLeo who put his wing over me to keep me warm as i looked at it "i think it might be Carly's" "do you remember the way back?" "of course, now get on unless you want to walk"... i smiled and jumped onto his back holding the wand...
we went back and i knocked at the door "Carly!"i shouted waiting for a response with Leo standing a little ways off

"you mean this?" i said holding out a wand to her.. Leo smelt stranger and swquacked and i turned..."it's only her family Leo.. calm down" i said adn he came over nuzzeling my shoulder before he rested his head on it..." i found it at the bottom of that lake just after you left"

"really? i never knew parents were like that" i said and Leo pecked me "it's a figure of speech... parents don't kill their own offspring usually" said Leo and i looked to him and nodded

i laughed slightly "well, it must be very important then.. i don't know much about magic but wands are very precious to wizards and witches"

"thought so, don't loose it next time ok?" i said

i noticed it was getting dark.."i have to go i owe Leo another song" i said "and it's getting dark"
