"I have known Snow Fire for more than a year. I should know!"

Crystal

I continued to growl, pissed off at this fae.

Starlight stomped a paw. "Get off of my territory. Now." Starlight demanded, giving Crystal a dead serious death glare.

Crystal

I growled but obeyed, stalking off into the trees.

A few days have passed and Starlight was out by the river when she saw a brute. A familiar one. "Niall?" Starlight asked. "Starlight!?" Niall said. "It is you!" Starlight yowled licking his face and nuzzling him. The two of them were best friends. Niall was a large black male with stormy gray-blue eyes.

(I have to go in five minutes.)

Snow Fire

I watched Starlight and an unfamiliar Brute nuzzle each other.

Starlight licked Niall's face, and tucked her head under his chin.

Snow Fire

I became mad when Starlight licked the strange wolf on his face and tucked her head underneath his chin, now noticing the wolf was a male. I stepped forward, my eyes burning.

Starlight didn't notice Snow Fire and continue to groom Niall's face and pelt. She hadn't seen Niall in about two years.

Snow Fire

"What are you doing near my mate?" I growled, glaring at the strange Brute.

Starlight whirled around and growled. "Don't start. Niall is my best friend." She snarled, giving Snow Fire a hard stare. Niall licked Starlight's ear, causing her to smile.

Later that day Starlight and Niall were by the river. "Starlight... I love you." Niall told her, his beautiful stormy eyes glistening. "I know. I wish I could feel the same, but I have feelings for Snow Fire to." She replied, their sides pressed against each others.

Snow Fire

"Sorry. I didn't know." i replied. Then I padded away.

Later that day:

I was watching me and Starlight's pups play, wondering where she was.

The two of them walked back to the den. "I love you." Niall repeated, not far from where Snow Fire was. "I know. You've told me three times."

Snow Fire

I heard Niall tell Starlight he loved her and I growled quietly. If that Brute dared to try and take Starlight from me he would have a hell of a lot coming for him.

Starlight and Niall laid in the den together. He nuzzled her neck, and she returned one. "Hey. Let's chase each other." Niall suggested. In the matter of seconds, Starlight took off. He followed her. But when she skidded to a stop, they collided and Niall was now on top of her, their noses touching.

Snow Fire

I paced uneasily. I knew Niall and Starlight were alone together in the woods. I had saw them run off. Now I was debating if I should follow them or not.

Niall smiled and began to lick her face. She returned the licks and nuzzled his neck. The two of them sat under a blossom tree, the petals falling down on them.

Snow Fire

I made my desicion and padded out of the den. I wasn't going to loose my mate.

Starlight licked Niall's chest, and nuzzled his neck. "I love you, Starlight." He whispered. "I know. Your feelings mean a lot to me." Starlight replied.

Snow Fire

I entered the forest and padded through it, following Starlight's scent.

(I have to go eat. Be right back!)

Starlight sighed, her eyes resting on his stormy gray.

(Back!)

Snow Fire

Starlight's scent got stronger so I started to move faster.

(Yay!)

Starlight continued to groom Niall's pelt.

(Yep.)

Snow Fire

I soon caught sight of Starlight and Niall and I held back a growl as I watched Starlight groom him.

Niall returned the licks. He gazed into her silver eyes, and pressed his nose to hers.
