The Singer (M-Open)

That I did hear. I released the mower instantly and ran toward the bush, freaking rose bush. I used my arms to propel me over the fence and I actually took a small step into the bush, thorns sticking my leg and chest. I reached for Lilly's arm and gently pulled her out. Once she was out I stepped back, having only a few scratches on my legs and chest with one on my cheek. "Are you okay?"

Feeling strong arms yank me out of out of the rose bush, the thorns tearing at me like claws. I had loads of scratches everywhere, and quite a few on my cheek, which were bleeding. I nodded, breathless. "Yea, thanks, you alright?" Replied quietly, eyes flicking worriedly to his face. I saw the scratch mark on his cheek and and frowned. "Your scratched."

I nodded and sighed "Yeah I'm good." Then I chuckled "Your bleeding."

I pressed my hand to my cheek, it coming away bloody. "Damn. Thanks." I smiled, then offered. "Come with me, let's get your cheek sorted."

I chuckled and shrugged "No problem." Then I smiled and said "lead on."

I took his hand gently, leading up to where I lived. "We, excuse the mess. We sorta just moved in a few weeks ago." I explained, leading him to my room. There was drawings on the walls, of horses and wolves, small desk with a rocking chair facing a window, a double bed and a cabinet. "Sit, stay." I commanded playfully before darting through to warm some ware and find some bandages.

I followed her silently until we reached her house "It's fine." I said calmly as she led me to her room. I sat down and stayed with a joking "Woof!" Then I sat and waited looking at all the drawings.

I chuckled as I heard a "Woof", grinning. Dad yelled, "Lilly! Who was that?" I yelled back. "Quinn from last night!" The reply was, "Okay Honey!" Chuckling, I came back with the water and bandages, moving so I was sat next to him. "Ready?"

As she walked back in I chuckled then nodded "Yeah."

I knelt down next to him, dipped the cloth in the water, and slowly began cleaning the scratches and gashes. My face had a very small smile on it as I did so. Oh, and nice singing earlier.

I watched her as she worked with soft eyes. I chuckled "Thanks, you too. I mean...you too had good singing."

"Er, thanks. I didn't know you could hear, sorry for making a racket." I stuttered then apologized. I dipped the cloth again then moved in front, tending the ones his chest. I was sat close, leant quite close. I could feel the heat from his body.

I chuckled "That's fine." I watched as she leaned close to tend to the scratches on my chest and took a deep breath, unintenionally flexing my muscles.

I slowly reached my hand down and rubbed my thumb along one cut that was bleeding on her cheek, but I wiped the blood away. After the blood was gone I left my hand on her cheek gently.

I smiled a little but as she moved I slipped my hand down back to my side. I kept my back straight as she tended to the wounds on my back.

My shoulders tingled after she kissed them. I looked into her eyes when she came back around, my eyes liquid.

I immediately brought my hands up to her waist as we kissed. Moving my lips in sync with hers.

I sighed deeply, my breath quick. I pulled her gently up onto my lap, my lips still moving with hers.

I sighed a little, my breath sliding along her face. I gripped her waist and pulled her up a little.
