Depressed [R/M]

"Stupid nightmares." She muttered frostily, looking at their joined hands. "Really thought I had the gun then.." She mumbled, frowning. Rachel sighed, relaxing her frigid muscles slowly. A long winded sigh left her lips as she nuzzled closer.

I nodded then hugged her, pulling her tightly to my chest. Then I kissed her forehead gently.

She huddled against his chest, pressing her face into it. She felt his lips on her forehead and peeped up at him and sighed. "They committed double-suicide. I don't know why... They left me a letter, but I've never read it. No point."

As the mention of death I heard shattering of glass, screams and bones snapping, but it was all in my head. I ran my hands through my hair and growled "My fault...my fault..."

As she kissed me, I was still in my mind going through the event again. But after a couple seconds I realized she was kissing me I sighed but didn't touch her, knowing I could hurt her. Knowing she could end up like Ally if I wasn't careful.

I sighed as she pulled back I said "You don't know every thing about me...about why I'm like this..." I meant why I was depressed all the time.

"You don't have to tell me, I don't care." She smiled, still rubbing his arm soothingly. She rested her head against him and smiled. "It's alright."

I shook my head and said "Yes I do." Then I looked down before I said my story. "My old girlfriend...A...al....Ally was riding in the car with me and yelling at me. I started shaking and she started yelling more, then I partially shifted, my paws slamming on the gas and I pulled out in front of a semi. The damn truck crushed her! I killed her! There wasn't even a body left for them to bury! Because of what I am, I didn't die! I should've not her! I'm a monster!"

Rachel looked at him with soft, silver eyes. She watched his face, carefully listening to his story. "Shhhh. Your alive for a reason. that was pure accident, I'm sure neither of you expected that. Your not a monster. A shapeshifter is someone with exceptional talent, not a monster."

I growled, my arms shaking "I killed her! Don't try to tell me I'm not a monster."

"Andrew, calm down." Rachel said quietly, moving away to stand with her arms crossed. "I do believe the truck killed her, not you. And I've told you more than once, and ain't givin' up."

I looked up into her eyes, now my whole body shaking. Then I figured out something that had calmed me before "Kiss me..." I mumbled.

I sighed, but this time I gripped her hips gently as I kissed her.

I took a deep breath, taking all my strength not to go full out. But I could hurt her.

Rachel whispered. "How far do you want?" Her breath had quickened slightly, eyes closed.

I slowly pulled away and sighed "This far." I couldn't, no I wouldn't risk hurting her.

"Alright." She smiled, pulling her coat closer round her. She shivered again, it was so cold!

I sighed and said "Let's go back." I slowly shifted then let get on before I took off.

As they reached her house I shifted, twisting so she was in my arms then bounced between a tree and the wall up to her room then I laid her on her bed.

Rachel was already asleep, limp in his arms. As he laid her Doan, she whimpered in her sleep. Her light body curled up.
