Glad for her help I sigh with relief once inside the cave. I wag my tail and start a fire, it wasn't very bright but it was very warm. Sitting down with a grunt I look over at her. "Thanks.." My voice was soft and full of emotion at the moment.

I clear my throat and look around. I was really attracted to her, but I was afraid she didn't like me. Licking my lips I lay down with a grunt and close my eyes.

i lay down next to him tired from the day. i closed my eyes a wave of sleep comes over me,i barley whisper "i love you" i say then drift to sleep feeling his warmth

My eyes snap open and I lunge to my feet, which resulted in a loud pain filled howl. I drop my head instantly and lick my wounded shoulder whining the whole time. Then I turn my tired eyes to hers and give a weak smile. "Sorry for waking you"

i watched him and winced when he howled in pain "its alright" i say softly stand up and looking at his shoulder "how did that happen?" i say softly looking him in the eyes

I look at her and follow her eyes to where she was staring at...my scar. "It happened long ago...I tangled with something I never should have, and the concequences had to be done." My voice was low and deep as I remembered that long ago day. Shame, pain, and hurt crossed my eyes for a second.

I lick one of her paws and smile, then I gradually fall back asleep. My breathing even and smooth, my dark fur shone with healthiness under the firelight of the fire. Then...my scar started glowing, and steadily got brighter till it was a peircing white instead of the faint sea blue like before. I continued to sleep noiselessly, completely unaware of what was happening.

i smiled and listen to him sleep, i cock my head to the side seeing his scar glow brighter, i blinked and look at his face but he was still sleeping peacefully "what the...?"

It continues to glow steadily. Then it seemed as if in the very middle of it a slightly darker blue pulsed. I let out a snorty breath and continue to sleep peacefully.

"Dar unde esti..." I mumble softly in my sleep. My right paw twitches slightly..the pulsing dark blue in my scar got faster and faster, then appeared to blow up within my shoulder...the glowing got brighter for a second then started dimming very slowly.

I wake with a start and jump to my feet snarling. But not like before...this was more horrid, meaner, and truely deadly. It wasn't even close to the snarling I had done around the bear. This held a grusome meaning in it, a promise of a painful death. Looking around the den with hackles all the way up and teeth fully bared and my head slightly lowered, as if though I was looking for something, or someone. Once I'm satisfied I sit down with a relieved huff.
