Charlotte

Another scream was ripped from Charlotte's throat as the man gave a final shove, shuddering and panting equally shaky breaths as he slipped back on his pants. Her eyes shut tightly, teeth bared, when the man kicked Crowe in the face and sent him unconscious. "You're a piece of fucking shit." The words slipped between her teeth in a barely audible hiss and she tiredly tugged at her chains once more before a sudden wave of exhaustion washed over her, slowly succumbing into the dark arms of slumber. It'd only lasted 15 minutes before an awful nightmare snapped her eyes open, and, giving up, she began to silently cry.

Charlotte

Charlotte made an instinctive move to conceal herself only to immediately regret it, grimacing as the metal dug deeper into her raw skin. She watched as his head lolled down, and hoped with all she had he was still awake. "Crowe," she croaked, voice raspy, "We... we need to get out of here." The words rolled off her tongue as more of a plead than anything, and she felt a tightness inside her throat, swallowing down the urge to cry.

Charlotte

Biting her lip roughly, she nodded. Her eyes skimmed over Crowe for a moment, gaze steadying onto his bullet wound which most definitely seemed to become infected, her brows furrowing. Anger welled up inside her chest, hands clenching and unclenching, wishing she could strangle the life out of their attacker, and her anger only grew when she knew she couldn't when she was chained like this. Her mind tried to run through possible plans of escape, but she was too spent to concentrate.

Daniel (Crowe)

As he felt eyes on him, Crowe brought his icy blue eyes up to meet hers steadily as possible. Exhaustion hit him like a bat in the head, his eyes drooping. But he fought it, telling himself he had to stay awake for her, he had to be strong for her. The exhaustion was too much though, soon he dropped his head back down and closed his eyes to succumb to the darkness of sleep.

Charlotte

Charlotte released a shaky breath as his head dropped, letting her own fall back onto the bed beneath her, eyes absently cast at the ceiling. Her gaze remained there for how long she hadn't known, but her eyelids eventually peeled over her eyes, and she slipped back into sleep.

Daniel (Crowe)


Rage burned deep in Crowe, but pain roared through him. Just a moment ago Issac had come in and 'gotten to work' as he put it, and this was the worst time. With his whole exposed upper half a burning red he yanked at the chains as much as he could, the cuts deep as a knife could cut right now. His eyes sagged from the lack of sleep and sickness from the heavily infected bullet wound. It was ringed with purple, blue and red with puss lieaking out from it. Pain was overwhelming him from it. Finally he screamed, "IF YOUR SO GOD DAMN INVINCIBLE WHY DON'T YOU GET YOUR PUSSY DOWN HERE AND SHOW ME LIKE A FUCKING MAN?"

Charlotte

Charlotte hardly reacted this time, although it may've been the worst, her fatigue and overall exhaustion keeping her from even attempting to move. By now, she'd gotten used to her predicament; used to the constant ache of hunger, thirst, tiredness, and pain. The shackles around her ankles and wrists barely hurt anymore, but on the other hand, she found difficulty in feeling much of anything, nerves numbed down by routine. The sound of Crowe's scream caused her widened eyes to cut over to him quickly, then straight back to the door as the heavy thuds of footfalls began to sound. A faint anxiety rose within Charlotte at seeing their torturer, wearing a twisted grin as he stalked over to Crowe, grin only expanding.

Daniel (Crowe)

As the man swiftly unlocked the chains, Crowe didn't waste a second. With all the strength he could muster, he charged forward and into Issacs legs. But all that happened was Issac became unbalanced, so he gripped Crowe by his thick black hair and lifted him up. Growling like a dog, Crowe thrashed as Issac shoved his face towards her pussy, muttering something under his breath. But Crowe shoved his head back as much as he could, not going to let him use Charlotte as a weapon, no. So he smashed a foot against Issacs knee, hearing a snap of breaking bone he shoved back. Then in one solid movement he surged forward and gripped his head, took one breath and jerked his head to the right. Bone snapped and life ended.

Charlotte

Charlotte shot up the most her chains would allow and watched with a new-found energy as the two fought. As Crowe had been yanked closer, she fidgeted under her bonds and sent their attacker a glare that screamed hatred, jaw fixed hard. The sound of snapping bone, however, nearly made her laugh, loving the look of pain that contorted his features as he stumbled backward. After Crowe had snapped the man's neck, she watched him crumple to the floor for a moment with grim satisfaction before her eyes shot back to her partner, and she pulled at her chains lightly.

Daniel (Crowe)

As the man crumpled to the floor, Crowe stoop for a moment before he grabbed the keys and wen over to her. He undid her hands, his hands shaking as he tried, getting weaker and weaker as he did so. By the time he got to one ankle his eyelids were half over his dim blue eyes. With a single lucky jerk, the chain popped off her ankle and he fell. With a thud he crumpled down to he cement ground, the keys thrown on the bed.

Charlotte

"Shit," Charlotte breathed as Crowe collapsed, "shit, shit, shit." Her eyes searched the room quickly for the key, and when she'd found it, her arm reached to grab it, but it'd just been out of her reach. "Shit," she repeated, just before an idea popped into mind. Using her newly freed leg, she twisted to retrieve the key with her feet and after doing so, lifted it to her hand, since she knew she wasn't going to be able to unlock anything with her toes. Her hand nimbly worked to unlock the chain, not hesitating a moment in unlocking her other hand and foot free when it had popped off. Despite her sore body's objections, she hastened to pull her clothes back on and rush over to Crowe. She suddenly halted, gaze locking onto her attacker, and grimaced. Her eyes flickered to a shining object protruding from his pocket, which she picked up, and came to realize was a pocket knife. How convenient. She flipped out the blade and began to saw away at his neck, slicing his windpipe and the veins that surrounded it. The sight of crimson leaking from his neck fed her appetite for revenge, though she wished she could make him suffer as much as Crowe and she did. After wiping the blade on his shirt, Charlotte sheathed the blade and jammed it in her pocket, hurriedly draping Crowe's arm around her shoulders and hauling him out of the house. "You'll be okay," she assured, although he was unconscious, and wasn't sure if it was more towards him or herself.

Daniel (Crowe)

As she lifted him up, Crowe groaned in his unconsciousness. Blood and puss seeped out from the bullet wound, causing him pain even if he wasn't awake. As they walked out of the house, a woman was driving past and saw them. She slammed on the brakes, the tires squealing as they did. Luckily, she had her son with her that was able to help Charlotte with Crowe. Then the woman exclaimed, "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god! What happened!" It was obvious she wasn't going to let them not go to the hospital, so her son laid Crowe on the back seat and opened the door for Charlotte. But the woman wasn't going to stop asking, with her shaking hands and wide hazel eyes.

Charlotte

Charlotte hastily slipped inside the car and sighed as the panicking woman began to frantically ask what had happened. "Hospital, please, now," she croaked, and, exhausted, crashed, hoping desperately the woman would comply.

Charlotte

Charlotte's eyelids peeled open slowly, her surroundings taking a few moments to come into focus, and when they did, she blinked. Propping herself up by her elbows, she felt a tug at her arm and her eyes immediately fell on an IV needle protruding from her forearm. Her face contorted with momentary confusion before relaxing with realization, a hand lifting to run over her face before it plopped back down carelessly at her side. Suddenly, she tensed, and her eyes began to search the room until spotting Crowe laying down in a nearby bed, all bandaged up, and she let out a relieved sigh.

Daniel (Crowe)

As the bright light of the ceiling soon slammed his eyelids, Crowe groaned in discomfort in his un-sureness of his whereabouts. Another groan sounded as he peeled his eyes open, blinking a bit to clear the stars from his eyes. Turning his head side to side, Crowe looked around the room as he could to ease his mind of where he was. Once he felt the needle pulling at his arm he calmed himself, figuring he was in the hospital. But his worry was immediately replaced, he whipped his head over to the bed close by and sighed in relief when he caught sight of her. Then he laid back down and looked across to her, remaining as silent as a fly.

Charlotte

Charlotte couldn't help but allow a soft smile to tug at the corners of her lips as Crowe came back to consciousness, glad to see him awake. "How're you feeling?" she asked, voice quiet, while her eyes wandered with concern over to his bandages. Thinking about the way he'd gotten his injuries made her hands clench, and for a fleeting moment she wished she could resurrect their torturer once more solely for the sake of killing him again. With a silent sigh, she unclenched her hands, letting them rest limply at her sides, still propped on her elbows. She was beyond glad, however, that Crowe was still alive, and their suffering was over.

Daniel (Crowe)

As he saw her lips move, Crowe weakly smiled a bit, his soft blue eyes looking deep into hers. With a slight shrug of his shoulders, Crowe answered, "Well, for a guy who got shot. I'm pretty good. What about you?" This should answer her question, if he's sarcastic then he's perfectly fine. But one thing haunted him, one thing that bastard said. What I'm doing is what he wanted to do to you. He was damned right. To say it quite bluntly, Crowe wanted to fuck her. But it was more than that to him, he felt like he was finally with the right person for once in his life. But now, he couldn't let that happen again. Not after what just happened, even if it tore them apart.

Charlotte

Smile widening a tad at hearing his sarcastic response, she let out of a huff of air, turning her gaze to skim the room. They lingered on the door a moment before inhaling deeply, and pulling herself up into a sitting position, biting into her bottom lip at her body's soreness, but finding it bearable. Her hand worked to yank the needle from her arm, and she threw it carelessly to the side of her bed. Fingers absently running over the area the needle once was, she stole a glance at Crowe and asked, "Ready to get out of here?"

Daniel (Crowe)

Following her gaze, Crowe looked to the door to watch all the shuffling feet going around in the hall. Dumb asses. Patients were escaping right under their noses. Before she even said anything he moved one sore arm to rip the needle out of his skin, chucking it away. But instead of worrying about if he could go, he got up, very dizzy at first, and made his way over to her. His eyes clouded with worry as he tried to help her up instead up letting her up on her own. She should know, he sure as hell wasn't letting her go on her own until she was home and safe.

She eyed him with slight wariness as he made his way over, muscles tense in anticipation of him stumbling, though he never did, and managed to relax a sliver when he tried to help her up. Giving him a brief, weak smile, she crawled out of bed and stood still a moment in an attempt to regain a burst of strength. When finding she mustered up enough, she whipped her head around to look at the window, seeing they were on at least the third floor, then back at the door, and shrugged.No going out the window, then. "Think they'll notice if we just walk out of here?" she murmured quietly.
