A Forcer At Heart

~Helia~
"Fine," I said as I felt drops of blood run down my leg, "Is there anything you can do for my leg?"

~Zahor~

I nodded and started to lick her wound, cleaning out the blood.

~Helia~
I let out a short jump when he started to lick my wound. It felt weird at first and then it felt soothing (go figure). "Doesn't the blood taste weird?" I just had to ask.

~Raven
I sighed softly, glancing at the other two horses before looking back at Zahor and Helia, flicking my long, ashy tail.

I looked over at the mare and heard her sigh. "What's wrong?" I asked.

~Raven
I shake my head slightly. "Nothing," I say, managing to conceal the bitterness completely in my voice as I looked at Zahor. What the hell could he possibly want with me?

I gave a short snort and looked at her again. "What's your name?" I asked.

I toss my mane slightly, turning my head to watch her. "Raven," I say. My name didn't say anything about my body; Sure, my head, legs, mane, and tail were ashy, the rest of my body was milky light. The lightest colored grulla I had ever seen.

I smiled. "Raven... that was my mother's name." I said.

~Zahor~

I shook my head. "Blood tastes like blood."

~Raven
I tossed my head. "And of course you would know that..." I muttered, ears still half back.

~Helia~
"How come you two don't like each other?" I asked with a curious expression while shaking my poofy mane.

~Raven
I glanced at Zahor again, flicking my tail a little nervously. "Uhm, no real reason," I say, the lie running smoothly and flawlessly off my lips as I paw a couple times at the ground, though my eyes still threw daggers at him.

~Helia~
I stared at the mare for about 3 seconds then tuned my attention towards the stallion. "Thanks for treating me." I said while checking out my leg.

~Zahor~

I threw Raven an icy glare but was slightly relieved at what she had told the foal. He then looked at the small creature and nodded. "Sure, whatever."

~Raven
I see Zahor's glare and return one of my own, scowling slightly. Shaking my mane slightly, I resist the urge to flick my tail in order to hide my blood-stained legs, looking down at the ground so as not to have to look at anyone else.

~Helia~
I raised my head slightly almost offended to his answer. I was really sensitive and took 'whatever' as an insult. I lowered my head and bent my ears back. I heard something coming behind me. I tossed my head and and reared and bucked with a short whinny. No way I was gonna let a wolf bite me again. I turned around and I didn't see anything behind me.

~Raven
I watch Zahor almost curiously, then toss my head at Helia's anticts[sp?haha], stepping back away from her and shaking my mane.

~Helia~
I look back over at the mare and the stallion. I knew they didn't like each other but they didn't tell me why. I turned my full attention towards the mare and saw her looking at him. Did she like him? Did he like her? I don't know and wanted to. Then I took a closer look and saw her legs. "Are you okay?" I asked her.

~Raven
I jump slightly as her small voice broke through my thoughts and turned my head to look at her. I see her glance at my legs and clamp my tail down so it covered the bloodstains neatly. "I'm f-fine," I say, stuttering slightly on the last word.

~Helia~
I looked at her one last time before I stared at the stallion. After about a minute I looked at the mare's legs again. They looked bad, and I had no idea how she got bloody.

~Raven
I could see she wasn't quite convinced and tossed my head. "Really, I am," I say, my voice sounding much more confident than l really felt. l still had no clue why he wanted me to go with him, though the other horses just seemed to be standing there.

~Helia~
I nodded in understandment. I looked down and pawed my hoof at the ground. I sighed and felt my eyes slowly starting to feel heavy. I didn't know I was so tired. I tried to stay awake.

~Zahor~
I glanced at the stallions and snorted. "Well I guess they're done with me. Us."

~Helia~
To those words I stayed awake. I looked at the stallions. "Are they mean?" I asked Zahor.
